Continually sourcing new Australian native ingredients and exploring new ways of using them, we take pride in sharing where we have sourced our ingredients and how each product has been created.

We also will create 2 x food dishes, comprising of Native Bush Damper with a Karkalla Bruschetta and Native Sausage Rolls. (these can be amended due to dietary requirements).

We are offering a 3-hour Fun Cocktail Making Course. Learn the basics; How to mix & flavour profiles.
We are doing this with a twist. We will also be incorporating Native Ingredients.
We will be operating this event from The Little Red Door where you get to experience working behind the bar and what we have to offer.
